About Martin Restituyo
Founder of the Law Offices of Martin E. Restituyo. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Restituyo worked at Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP where, from 2006 through 2013, he focused on securities and class action litigation. During that period Mr. Restituyo was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2011 and 2012. In 2013 Mr. Restituyo was named a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyer Magazine., and has held that standing ever since. Mr. Restituyo is admitted to practice in New York and in the Federal Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Restituyo is fluent in English and Spanish and has an array of clients from the United States and Latin America.
