Litigation is exciting and challenging but I most value strategizing with clients to stay out of court, advising on the labor aspects of the operation, acquisition and sale of companies, training clients on EEO, ADEA, WARN FLSA, NLRA, ADA, FMLA and other employment law compliance. But when necessary, I will vigorously defend employers against charges and litigation before EEOC, NLRB, DOL and federal and state courts. I have a unique background in labor employment law since I started my career representing unions. Areas I have extensive experience in include Union contract negotiation and administration, FLSA collective and state wage and hour litigation, FMLA, ADA, and leave management, ADEA and EEO litigation defense work and labor arbitration.
