Marshall Waller

I am a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) with decades of experience practicing exclusively in family law in California. Throughout my career, I have represented clients in complex and often highly sensitive family law matters involving divorce, custody, and significant financial issues. I am proud to be a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), distinctions reserved for highly respected and experienced family law practitioners. I am also a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honor held by approximately one percent of attorneys in the United States in recognition of exceptional professional achievement and dedication to public service. As a managing partner at Feinberg & Waller, APC, I focus my practice on complex family law disputes, including high-net-worth divorce, high-conflict custody matters, and domestic and international custody issues. I regularly advise clients regarding premarital and post-nuptial agreements, property division involving substantial assets, and spousal and child support matters. Over the course of my career, I have developed a reputation for a strategic, meticulous approach to family law, working closely with clients to navigate difficult legal and personal challenges. While many matters can be resolved through thoughtful negotiation, mediation, or settlement, I am also an experienced litigator prepared to advocate in court when necessary to protect my clients’ rights and long-term interests.
