About Marsha Teasley
I am a detailed-oriented California Attorney with a demonstrated commitment to excellence, ethical processing and confidentiality. I am an attorney-mediator dedicated to promoting self-empowerment and self-determination through solution-oriented dispute resolution. I have worked with criminal defense attorney and community activist Mia Yamamoto as her law clerk while attending law school and studying for the California Bar, then as an associate until January of 2016. I assisted in trial, voir dire, research, discovery, writing motions, taking statements, and interviewing clients. Having been a member of the Board of Directors for the Peoples College of Law dedicated to educating lawyers serving social justice I have found that sometimes all it takes is starting a discussion and listening with empathy. As an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse for 30 years working directly with patients, family members, medical staff and ancillary departments heightened my awareness of service through collaboration. My life is dedicated to compassionate service and the betterment of humanity.
