Marsha Kazarosian

Attorney Marsha V. Kazarosian is a partner in Kazarosian Costello LLP with over thirty years' experience trying criminal and civil cases in state and federal courts, MA and NH. She concentrates in police brutality litigation, SEC Whistleblower Retaliation, and high income/high asset divorces. Past President of Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and Essex County Bar Association, she has been named a Super Lawyer each year since 2006 when she was featured on the magazine cover in story entitled "The Power of Marsha Kazarosian." She has represented clients in high profile cases such as the Pamela Smart murder case and the Haverhill Golf and Country Club gender discrimination case where she obtained a multimillion dollar verdict that included punitive damages. In 2012, Attorney Kazarosian served on an ABA Blue Ribbon Panel on Underfunded Courts with David Boies and Theodore Olsen. She has been a delegate to the American Bar Association since 2013.
