2018 Utah State Bar Labor & Employment Attorney of the Year. I represent employers in matters before state and federal courts, the Utah Labor Commission, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. I also help employers develop preventative employment practices and policies. I am also a regular trainer and presenter on employment law topics including in-house training and presentations for the Salt Lake Chapter or the Society for Human Resource Management (Salt Lake SHRM), where I serve as the Director of Legal Affairs.
