Bankruptcy: I help families, couples, and individuals wipe out past debts (Chapter 7 liquidation) or reorganize their debts (Chapter 13). Transportation/Trucking: I represent motor carriers, brokers, and owner-operators with contract disputes, liability issues, regulatory issues, and collections. Construction: I represent owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors with lien issues (enforcing or removing), construction defect disputes, contract drafting, and collections. Real Estate: I represent individuals and businesses with various residential and commercial real property issues including boundary disputes, easement disputed, ownership disputes, evictions and other landlord tenant issues, sales, and contract drafting.
