Mark Thiel

For almost 30 years, Mr. Thiel has served clients in California's Central Valley in matters involving landlord and tenant issues, real estate, personal injury, wrongful termination & employment disputes, estate planning, probate, and criminal law. The depth of his experience includes recovering millions of dollars in settlements and court awards for injured victims, recovered real property wrongfully taken from unsuspecting parties, and redressed wrongs committed by employers against their employees. He has successfully represented landlords, police officers, firefighters, farmers, teachers, families, small business owners in their legal matters. Mark has effectively represented innocent victims of crimes obtained the the necessary help and treatment to address their exploitation. In some instances he has also helped clients wrongfully charged with crimes obtain dismissals of criminal complaints for those wrongfully charged. In 2008, Mr. Thiel completed training with the Strauss Institute of The Pepperdine University School of Law, and has since that time provided services as a mediator in helping parties resolve their disputes in cases pending in the Superior Courts of California. Mr. Thiel currently serves on a panel of preferred mediators for the San Joaquin County Superior Court. Mr. Thiel has also served as an arbitrator in civil cases.
