Mark Stolzenburg

The primary focus of my practice is labor-management relations. I negotiate collective bargaining agreements, represent employers in labor arbitrations, counsel employers on day-to-day issues regarding the collective bargaining relationship (such as strikes, grievances and interpreting collective bargaining agreements), assist employers with union organizing and decertification campaigns, represent employers before the National Labor Relations Board, handle labor-related litigation in federal and state courts and represent employers in ERISA lawsuits filed by union Taft-Hartley pension and benefit funds. I also have extensive experience representing management in employment litigation before federal and state courts, in addition to administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, involving laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and similar employment-related statutes. I also counsel employers on how to avoid such litigation.
