About Mark Katz
If my nearly 40 years of litigation practice has taught me anything, it’s this: Sooner or later, almost all cases settle. My mediation practice is geared to help parties find solutions to their disputes, to be creative in their problem solving, and to be principled in their negotiations. I have the benefit of a varied litigation practice, which gives me insight not just to legal issues, but also to how parties approach their disputes in different ways and with different mindsets—and I’ve found these insights help settle cases.
