Mark has over 35 years of intensive personal injury, workers' compensation, and social security disability experience. He now represents claimants only. For eleven years, however, he represented defendants for an insurance company, so, he is well versed in how insurance companies evaluate cases for settlement. Because all personal injury workers' compensation and social security disability cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, no fees are payable unless you win by settlement or judgment.
