The best part of my professional career is to take all of my knowledge and experience plus the support of an excellent team and put them to work for you. My primary areas of practice have focused on labor and employment litigation, administrative and regulatory litigation, healthcare matters, labor and commercial litigation, as an AV rated member of the Florida Bar. This combination has led to my counsel and advise of Fortune 500 Companies, in several areas of my expertise. Handling multi-million dollar, complex commercial litigation, which included numerous parties involving land use and zoning, of a high profile representation of a multinational hotel chain including an eminent domain claim involving more than $64,000,000. Cases such as this are ongoing challenges. My professional memberships include, but are not limited to, the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeal. Practicing before all courts in Florida including County Court, Circuit Court, the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), District Courts of Appeals and Bankruptcy Court. I am a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), and a member of the Administrative Law, Labor and Employment Law, Trial Law and Health Law Sections of The Florida Bar.A native of Hartford Connecticut, I moved to South Florida in 1973. While earning my Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1985 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Thomas University in 1980, I was a full time police officer in Broward County. Currently residing in Broward County with my beautiful wife, daughter and son. My interests remain solely in the welfare of my family and clients.
