My practice focuses on defending employers against class, representative and individual claims of wage/hour and accessibility violations. I also litigate and provide counseling in relation to claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of contract, unfair competition, and trade secret infringement. I have extensive experience in motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration and trial.
