About Mark Divelbiss
As a trial attorney for 25 years, I have represented individuals and companies in employment, business and real estate disputes. My practice also encompasses construction defect litigation, insurance coverage disputes and personal injury matters. In addition, I have significant experience in appellate work, including arguing several cases before the California Courts of Appeal. I have also been a certified litigation mediator since 2001. I have over 60 hours of mediation specific training and have participated in mediation training seminars, including a two day seminar in London, England. I have conducted over 200 different mediations and settlement conferences and have successfully resolved a high percentage of all cases he has mediated. I have received the highest rating (AV) in both ethics and legal ability from my peers in the legal community.
