I represents clients in state and federal court and before various administrative agencies including the EEOC, DOL, Office of Federal Contract Compliance, U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. I utilize my experience as a former human resource administrator to provide practical timely advice to my clients.
