My practice is focused in the in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device liability litigation, as well as products liability and environmental and toxic litigation. I am experienced in defending national and multinational companies involved in complex multi-district federal court litigation, coordinated state court proceedings, and individual product liability actions involving a variety of products. I have handled individual actions and large-scale mass tort litigations in the product liability realm with significant experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device arena. I am skilled in all aspects of litigation including discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert work and trial preparation. I bring a unique viewpoint to litigation having extensive experience in the resolution of cases in mass tort litigations. I am also experienced in conducting complex compliance investigations involving governmental regulations and employment issues for pharmaceutical companies.
