As an experienced Employment Law and Municipal Law partner with Bricker Graydon, I am committed to providing clients with excellent service and practical solutions. I counsel and defend management clients in various employment situations. I have also served as the City Attorney for Grandview Heights for almost 20 years, and often work as a mediator to help clients resolve cases without costly litigation. I have also handled numerous fair-housing cases on behalf of apartment owners and homeless shelters, before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and federal courts. Over 30 years of practicing law, combined with work experience in a corporate law department and on Capitol Hill, have helped me gain unique insights as to how we can best serve clients. I enjoy helping people solve problems practically and efficiently, and I also enjoy educating clients so they can head off needless and costly legal actions. As a trained mediator, I can also help clients assess cases and toward a resolution short of trial.
