Marc Weissman

My almost decade long experience includes a wide range of cases focusing on helping people who have been injured due to negligence. I specialize in various areas of the law including workers compensation, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, premises liability, and intentional torts. Currently my focus is on litigation involving Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Supportive Living, Long Term Care, Elder Abuse, and Medical Malpractice cases. I consider it a great privilege to have represented people from our community who are in need. I have successfully handled hundreds of cases to resolution through settlements, mediations, arbitrations, litigation, and trial. In doing so I have recovered millions of dollars in compensation for my clients and their families. I am also a proud member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
