About Marc Scheiner
My name is Marc Jason Scheiner and I am an Employment Law Attorney with a strong background in high-level strategic planning, transformative program management, impactful workplace training, engaging public speaking, and strong mentorship. I leverage an analytical mind, leadership and the ability to develop strong relationships that build overall strategies, get everyone on board, and execute. Always seeing the big picture and moving pieces, I develop roadmaps that chart all possible outcomes and design actions to overcome obstacles. As an employment law attorney, I provide the counseling and training that help clients design workplaces that are efficient, safe and diverse. Speaking to crowds and boardrooms, I train employees, supervisors, human resources professionals and executives on a range of topics, such as hiring, management training, harassment prevention, diversity, LGBT issues and performance management. I work with clients in a wide variety of organizations and industries, including Education, Healthcare, Non-Profit, Social Services, Manufacturing and Government. During a recent sabbatical, I undertook additional leadership and personal growth training to strengthen my skills and deliver greater impact. Harnessing these renewed strengths, I volunteered full-time for two organizations that provide the mentoring and guidance that truly changes lives. ► With a leadership role as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Sigma Phi Epsilon New York Xi Alumni Corporation, I cultivate strategic relationships with university leaders and prominent alumni to foster communication and develop a roadmap for future initiatives. ► As a Program Manager with the Philadelphia Shambhala Meditation Center, I created the processes and logistics to run programs, develop fundraising campaigns, and drive membership growth initiatives to support a planned expansion of the Center.
