as a founding partner of davis, saperstein and salomon, p.c., i have handled some of america’s most complex cases, including product liability actions, tobacco and pharmaceutical class actions, construction accidents, serious automobile and trucking accidents, and school bus accidents. i am the co-founder and co-chair of the new jersey association for justice (njaj) meadowlands conference and served as a past president in 2006-2007, as well as the new jersey association for justice trial academy. in 2024, i received the martindale-hubbell award for the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards, and i have also been the recipient of the new jersey association for justice gold medal of honor for professionalism.
