Property owners, landlords, and developers come to me with their most complex and challenging legal problems and rely on my experience, pragmatic approach and, when necessary, litigation skills to achieve results. I bring almost 40 years of experience litigating in state and federal courts and arbitration fora: • Commercial lease disputes • Property rights disputes • Lessors’ rights in bankruptcy cases • Environmental claims • Insurance coverage disputes • Tax, zoning and condemnation appeals • Contract claims • Product liability claims My experience serving as outside general counsel to manufacturing and chemicals companies has given me a keen perspective on the client’s expectations for communications with counsel and the cost-effective delivery of legal services. I regularly serves as a volunteer Special Master in the Connecticut Superior Court and have participated as a speaker in a number of bar association programs concerning land use and real estate litigation topics.
