Marc Furman

I am a Partner in the Labor & Employment Group, and a named partner with Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. My practice is limited to providing representation and counsel to both non-union and union employers throughout the United States in all aspects of labor and employment law. My clients span a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, hotel and hospitality, automotive, telecommunications, healthcare, food processing and distribution, and financial services. I am particularly focused on representing construction companies in matters involving unions, picketing and prevailing wage situations. I am active in the New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania Chapters of Associated Builders & Contractors and serve as their Chapter Labor Counsel.
