Personal injury is personal. For over five decades, I’ve dedicated my legal career to helping individuals and families rebuild their lives after injury or loss. As Founding Partner of Marc A. Kaufman & Associates, I bring both the high-level trial experience of a major firm and the personal attention of a boutique practice. I began my career at Brumer Cohen Logan Kandell & Kaufman — one of South Florida’s most respected law firms — where I gained invaluable training in complex negligence litigation. In 2002, I made the deliberate decision to launch my own firm, allowing me to focus exclusively on serving clients with care, compassion, and a relentless commitment to results. My practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice, and I have successfully represented clients in courts throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. I hold an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible peer rating for legal skill and ethics. I also remain active in the legal community through bar associations, CLE instruction, and I served on the Board of Directors of the South Palm Beach Bar Association for 10 years.
