About Mara Gonzalez
I work with life sciences companies and other manufacturers facing complex product liability and mass tort cases in federal and state courts across the country. I help clients stay ahead of litigation trends, reduce risk, and successfully defend against claims relating to their products’ safety, warnings and labeling, efficacy, and advertising and promotion. My team has helped set the standard for MDL and mass tort best practices. We bring cross-practice experience and global resources to our clients to allow them to mitigate exposure, focus on their businesses, and effectively litigate on multiple fronts. I serve as co-hiring partner for our New York office and am committed to pro bono work, mentoring, and firm and industry-wide innovation.
