We provide transactional legal representation, including contract negotiation/formation, the formation of business entities (often required as part of our business immigration practice), corporate and commercial transactions, commercial and residential real estate transactions. We represent foreign-born Clients in business immigration legal representation, for foreign nationals who seek to make the U.S. a temporary or permanent residence where they can live and work. Our immigration practice also covers all other phases of immigration representation as well, such as family based immigration and Immigration Court (deportation) proceedings.
