I build brands that move people and shape culture. I'm currently the founder and CEO of a new consumer brand in stealth, launching in 2027. For two decades, I've built and scaled consumer brands across entertainment, media, fashion, and tech. As President of Archewell, the company founded by Prince Harry and Meghan, we released the #1 documentary on Netflix, the #1 podcast on Spotify, and the #1 autobiography from Penguin Random House. As Chief Brand Officer at EBTH, I helped raise $84M in venture capital and executive-produced our HGTV series. Earlier, as VP at Rachel Zoe, Inc., I launched the company's consumer products, digital media, and investment arms and produced its Bravo series. I started my career as a corporate attorney at Paul Hastings and as a talent agent.Through Garde Ventures, I invest in and advise women-led consumer companies including Bobbie, K18, Flamingo Estate, Violet Grey, Clevr, Arcaea, Another Tomorrow, Hey Mama, Live Tinted, Sundree, and The Zoe Report.Alongside building businesses, I've built movements. I founded I Am A Voter, the nonpartisan civic engagement organization that has partnered with 250+ brands, signed on 1,350 businesses, reached 6M employees, and generated 5B+ press impressions. I founded the Calanet Foundation to combat antisemitism through culture and storytelling — incubating One Mitzvah a Day (acquired by Jewish Federation of North America) and Our Campus United (acquired by StandWithUs). In 2025, President Biden appointed me to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council Board of Trustees.
