Dedicated to giving all people within the workforce a voice no matter their race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic, as a seasoned civil litigator, I have successfully and compassionately stood up for those who are subject to mistreatment, providing a safe and inclusive space for employees at all levels. Standing with my clients every step of the way, I am well equipped to fight for justice through arbitration, mediation, litigation, and other dispute resolution methods in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York. I am passionate about serving protected categories of people who have been victims of workplace prejudice. As a well-respected civil litigator and Principal at Nisar Law Group, P.C., my team of attorneys and I work to relieve the emotional and mental trauma that inherently comes with employment discrimination, the loss of self-belief, and the obstacles that impede growth in one’s life. My primary focus extends to wrongful termination, gender discrimination, sexual harassment, race and nationality discrimination, religious discrimination, discrimination amongst the LGBTQ+ community, and more. A vision to build a society that relies on an individual’s character and skills rather than the color of their skin, religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, or disability; I possess strong communication skills and a willingness to listen intently and implicitly. My devotion to helping others overcome adversity has led me to become a Board-Certified Coach. Through my work as a trained life and executive coach, I provide services to my clientele to help them navigate the challenges that come alongside the legal process. My clients can trust that I will thoroughly evaluate and analyze their situation and goals before reaching an agreed-upon strategy to achieve a successful outcome according to the client’s desires. I am a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, NELA NY Chapter, NYC Bar, Queens County Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
