Mace Yampolsky

Mace is a member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar, California State Bar, Colorado State Bar, Washington DC Bar and Massachusetts State Bar (inactive) and the United States Supreme Court Bar. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University, with a double major in Economics and Political Science, Mace received his law degree (Juris Doctor) in 1980 and successfully passed each bar the first time. He also received a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology form the University of Santa Monica in 1995. His success in overturning a death penalty verdict before the US Supreme Court (Riggins v. Nevada) and his 20 years experience in criminal defense representation will benefit each client as they navigate our criminal justice system. Mace is a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), he is a past president, director and founding member of the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice (NACJ), the Nevada State Affiliate of the NACDL. His strong advocacy in continuing education is demonstrated by his 15 year membership of the Nevada State Bar Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee. Mace spends several hours per month researching the latest cases, legal treatises, scientific literature, and articles on the subject of drunk driving defense allowing him to be on the cutting edge of DUI defense at all times.
