Lori Quinn

Lori Quinn is a partner at Messer Strickler Burnette, Ltd. Lori primarily focuses her practice on professional liability, concentrating on creditors' rights defense cases under the Fair Debt Practices Collections Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related State Court consumer protection laws. She is a Proctor In Admiralty and began her career handling maritime litigation which includes admiralty and maritime law, cargo loss or damage, commercial litigation, marine insurance and reinsurance, property damage litigation and transportation law. She has represented multiple insurance carriers and their insureds in matters involving cargo loss or damage, property damage, aviation and maritime related personal injury cases. She also handles cases defending financial technology companies, bankruptcy, and general defense litigation. Lori attended New York Law Schools Evening Division Program and graduated from New York Law School in the top 30% of her class while maintaining a full case workload.
