Starting my own firm has been the best and most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. I have helped so many people, so many women gain control of their lives and stand up for themselves. I love being an advocate. I also love being a role model for my daughters and young women who are just embarking on their careers. I enjoy showing them what it is like to be strong and caring and powerful. My glass is perpetually half full and I want my clients to have that same optimism. As an employment attorney, providing expertise and services to employees who have been mistreated on the job my staff and I do our utmost best for all our clients and love keeping in touch even after their case has resolved. We truly have the most rewarding jobs. I am passionate about providing my clients with the best legal service possible. I love my job and love developing close working relationships with my clients. I relish being able to validate an employee who has been wronged or unjustly terminated, and equally value assisting my management clients in making good, sound, and fair employment decisions so as to treat their employees with dignity and respect and of course, avoid litigation. I take my job seriously and I take my clients seriously. It is truly an honor being able to serve the public as an officer of the court. I am also passionate about mentoring young students, either in high school, college or law school. Each semester I try to hire at least one intern to provide an opportunity to learn about the legal profession.
