About Liza Ring
I am a senior attorney with over 25 years of experience in employment, benefits, and compliance law, as well as contracts, corporate, privacy, executive compensation, and mergers and acquisitions. I currently serve as interim in-house counsel to clients of Axiom Law, the industry's leading alternative service provider (ALSP). My mission is to provide practical, proactive, and strategic advice and solutions to complex legal and business issues, while partnering closely with HR, finance, and other functions. I have successfully handled sensitive internal investigations, resolved disputes, drafted policies and plans, and conducted training for employees at all levels. I have also supported multiple acquisitions and integrations, negotiated noncompete agreements, and advised on executive compensation and equity matters. I have a proven track record of managing outside counsel, optimizing budgets, and improving processes.
