About Liset Lefebvre
Mrs. Lefebvre received a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. She is licensed in the State of Texas. Mrs. Lefebvre is a Board Certified Attorney, in Immigration and Nationality Law, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has over 16 years of experience exclusively practicing Immigration and Nationality Law. She represents individuals, entrepreneurs, athletes, models, artists and small businesses globally. While in law school, Mrs. Lefebvre studied in England at the University College of London, Faculties of Law where she focused her legal studies on Comparative Law and Transnational Litigation. She clerked at Bacciardi & Partners, an international corporate law firm, in Italy. Mrs. Lefebvre also clerked for the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Bankruptcy Appellate Panel in Denver, Colorado and upon graduation for the 383rd District Court in El Paso, Texas. Prior to venturing into immigration law, Mrs. Lefebvre participated in the defense of complex commercial litigation matters. She assisted in a broad range of cases including construction defect, ERISA, and product liability matters. Mrs. Lefebvre is a passionate litigator. In her career, she has handled hundreds of cases, and reunited many families through true advocacy. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, AILA member, DBA WE LEAD, and serves as the Dallas Bar Association ILS Treasurer (2022-Present). In 2023, she was appointed as the DBA WE LEAD Assistant Director of Alumni Affairs. Previously, she served as the AILA Dallas co-coordinator organizing CLE events for the private bar (2019-2022), Dallas AILA Coordinator (2011-2012) and as the EOIR Oakdale Liaison (2015-2016). Mrs. Lefebvre is often invited to speak at Texas State Bar and AILA conferences. She is invested in mentoring young aspiring high school and college students interested in the field of law.
