I am passionate about working with businesses, universities, hospitals, and individuals to provide creative solutions for U.S. immigration and global migration concerns. For over 30 years, my clients have told me that I help them get to "yes" quickly and creatively. Born into an immigrant family, I know firsthand how important it is to have a lawyer and advocate who intimately understands the unique complexity and challenges that go along with immigration. My firm, Scott Global Migration Law Group, is certified as a Woman Owned enterprise. Chambers and Partners identified me as a Recognized Practitioner in 2017. I was appointed as an immigration judge for the U.S. Department of Justice by Attorney Janet Reno.
