My work includes agreements, policies and practices, investigations, severance and pre-litigation negotiations, custom AI solutions, and workforce programs.My work starts with how people actually work. I learn the workflow, the pressure points, and the decisions that need human judgment. Then I build governance around that reality. Rules that only work on paper do not work.Through The AI Shift, I advise organizations on workplace AI governance and build practical tools for legal, HR, compliance, and executive teams.
