About Lindsay Shinn
My practice is focused primarily on business and real estate transactions, including counseling clients on the formation of new businesses, the separation of former business partners, contract negotiation and formation, and real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and easement transactions. I enjoy assisting clients with their immediate objectives while also helping to position them to meet future goals. My cross-disciplinary experience (my prior practice largely involved prosecuting and defending complex business and real estate disputes) allows me to evaluate a situation from multiple perspectives to help clients avoid potential pitfalls and come up with creative solutions. I work with a full service law firm that represents clients involved in a broad range of personal, business and professional endeavors, with attorneys focused in trust and estate planning, employment law, real estate and business transactions, and civil litigation. I also am engaged with a network of other professionals including accountants, wealth managers, realtors, mortgage brokers, and insurance brokers, and strive to work collaboratively with them to provide comprehensive and consistent advice to our mutual clients.
