Lindsay has helped her clients in these various industries by: * crafting employee handbooks, policies and procedures that provide a strong first line of defense, * drafting severance, non-disclosure/confidentiality, and employment agreements, * providing advice and representation on wage and hour, class, PAGA, discrimination, harassment, trade secret, wrongful termination, and other employment related claims.
