About Linda Yoder
As a practicing attorney with over 31 years experience, I currently serve as co-chair of the firm's Education Law Practice Group. My experience education law began when I was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey and was part of a team that represented the State before the United States Supreme Court in the seminal school search case of NJ v. TLO. I continue to work with educational institutions with regard to policies and procedures as well as investigations of civil rights claims including investigations under Title IX, Title VII and similar statutes, administrative and court litigation, sexual harassment training and compliance issues; disability matters including the IDEA and ADA.
