About Linda Toutant
I am a business litigator with more than 20 years experience. While I have practiced in all areas of business-related civil litigation, I possess substantial experience representing businesses in class action disputes, wage and hour claims, employee classification actions, and claims alleging harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation. I also advise employers concerning matters of hiring, termination, promotion, testing, disability, and family accommodations and leave. I have practiced law at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state court, and have appeared in arbitrations, mediations and before numerous administrative tribunals, including the . California Labor Commission, the EDD, NLRB, EEOC and DFEH. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, gardening, skiing and camping with my husband, daughter and german shepherd.
