Linda Krieger

Linda Krieger grew up in Chicago, Illinois and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She received her Juris Doctor from UCLA graduating in the top twenty percent of her class. She has acted as a member of the Settlement Officer Panel for U.S. District Court, Central District of California as well as a mediator in numerous cases. In addition, she has been Chair of the Federal Nominations Committee and Chair of the Work and Family Issues Committee for Women Lawyers of Los Angeles. She served on the Board of Directors as Legal Counsel for the Long Beach Jaycees from 1999 to 2002. Ms. Krieger was president of Women’s Business Council, part of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, from 2008-2009 after serving on the Board of Directors from 2004-2008. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Long Beach Associates and the Long Beach Bar Association. Ms. Krieger handles all types of employment litigation including sexual harassment, age, gender, race, disability and other types of discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, retaliation, trade secrets, wage and hour claims, and related causes of action. Ms. Krieger also advises and counsels business entities on employment-related legal issues with the goal of avoiding legal disputes. She advises clients on wage and hour laws and everyday employment issues on an ongoing basis.
