Defense verdict on February 16, 2011 with Linda Miller Savitt following 11 day jury trial for Western Medical Center-Santa Ana on a sexual harassment case brought by a female emergency department physician. Defense verdict on July 9, 2010 following 11 day jury trial for Azusa Pacific University with Linda Miller Savitt on disability and race discrimination case brought by terminated professor following 2 1/2 hours of deliberations. Defense verdict on April 27, 2010 following 21 day jury trial for ABM Industries, Inc. with Linda Miller Savitt on whistleblower case brought by Regional Director of Human Resources. Jury returned a defense verdict after only 3 hours of deliberations. Defense verdict on March 24, 2008 following 16 day jury trial for UCLA with Linda Miller Savitt on sexual harassment and retaliation case brought by Associate Professor of Psychiatry.
