I am a multi-disciplined service provider with experience across a variety of industries and specialties who brings the unique skill of novel combinations of business insight and legal risk management. Collaborating closely with company executives, I advise on corporate strategy, risk mitigation, complex business issues, including, M&A, financing, capital formation and complex commercial transactions. Commercial real estate has been foundational throughout my finance and legal career and I advise executive leadership and business stakeholders on a wide variety of complex real estate related matters, emanating from real estate purchase/sale and development transactions. To compliment my career I deliver advice and assistance to the City’s homeless population through the Bar Association of San Francisco where I’ve served as a volunteer for more than 12 years.
