I am a Commercial attorney with a wide range of experience. I specialize in all aspects of Corporate, Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors' Rights law. I also currently serve as outside General Counsel to several client corporations. I am currently a member of a private and non-profit Board of Directors, which I enjoy greatly. I am a sought after arbitrator and mediator for Complex Commercial cases for the American Arbitration Association and the International Conflict Resolution Association. My volunteer work includes mediating complex commercial disputes for the US District Court Northern District of California.
