Levi Barlavi is the owner of Polished Legal, PC, formerly Pacific Health Law Group, P.C., a law practice focused on the legal needs of dentists and other healthcare professionals and their practices.Levi is a seasoned transactional attorney, assisting doctors and other healthcare providers to support their practices from formation through a sale. His work includes counseling clients as to entity formation, operational contracts, asset or stock sales, management agreements, raising capital and capital events, and regulatory issues related to the healthcare sector. Levi has worked with all types of providers from physicians, dentists, optometrists to veterinarians on single practice formation and disposition to multi-location operations and private equity investments.Raised in Los Angeles, Levi is a proud graduate of UCLA, where he received his bachelor's degree in Philosophy. After completing his undergraduate studies, Levi went on to receive his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
