About Leigh Webster
I’m a criminal defense attorney with a focus on federal criminal cases and state and federal appeals and post-conviction proceedings. My law partner and I have successfully litigated appeals in the Eleventh Circuit, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the First Circuit, resulting in numerous published decisions. I am also an adjunct professor at Emory School of Law, where I teach Criminal Appeals and Post-Conviction Litigation, a class that I designed.
