Taking some risk of transparency, while still protecting the company, brings trust and returns not seen by short-term thinking. Compliance is a Value Add - Corporate integrity is often hard to measure or to see short term results, especially if rules are complex, others are "speeding" and enforcement is trailing. However, leaders need the courage to do the right thing. "Long-ball" thinking is strategic, not conservative, especially in compliance areas like export and anti-trust.Working through Change - We work in an ever more dynamic market so that thinking and hoping for a static workplace is fleeting and leaves teams behind.
