Represents employers facing claims under federal or state law including employment discrimination, harassment, or retaliation; wrongful discharge; blacklisting or defamation; wage and hour disputes; enforcement of restrictive covenants; ERISA and benefit litigation; and trade secret misappropriation, including representation in actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local agencies, and federal and state courts. Advises employers on compliance with federal and state law, hiring and termination practices, record-keeping practices, ADA and FMLA compliance, severance and separation agreements, restrictive covenants, handbook and policy drafting, and other issues that arise in the employment context.
