About Laura Caldito
Based in Lake Buena Vista, Florida at Walt Disney World Resort, I am presently Executive Producer with Disney Live Entertainment - accountable for the development and delivery of live entertainment products including parades, stage shows, spectaculars, atmosphere programs, and marketing events, in addition to supporting site-based master planning efforts. Prior to this, I held roles within entertainment show production and operations that provided progressive experiences and leadership opportunities such as Managing Producer, Producer, Production Manager, Assistant Manager, and Production Coordinator. We create happiness at Disney Experiences. Producing live entertainment through innovation and creative storytelling while working with diverse, motivated, and inspiring teams excites me. As Walt Disney once said, "It's kind of fun to do the impossible." I'm thrilled to work with dreamers on a daily basis that make the impossible...possible for the past 38 years!
