Larry Krantz

Larry Krantz, a former federal prosecutor, has been a civil and criminal trial and appellate litigator for over 35 years. He was described in Forbes as “among the most eminent defense lawyers in New York.” He has tried over 25 criminal and civil cases and has handled over 25 appeals, including many of the highest profile white-collar cases. He is a principal of Krantz & Berman LLP.He regularly handles white-collar criminal cases and investigations, complex commercial litigation, and regulatory matters (including SEC and FINRA defense). He also represents brokerage houses and customers in FINRA arbitrations concerning alleged broker misconduct, and life insurers in policy litigation.He is a former Regent of the American College of Trial Lawyers, where he served as the Chair of the Downstate New York Committee and as a Member of the National Trial Competition Committee. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
