About Larry Coben
Larry has tried products liability cases across the U.S. and obtained hundreds of verdicts and settlements for consumers and their families who’ve suffered catastrophic injury or fatal injuries. He initiated and litigated to resolution the NFL Concussion case recovering over 1 billion dollars for former players and their familiar. Larry has published three textbooks for trial lawyers, written more than 400 published articles and written over 100 Amicus Curiae briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and other courts across the U.S. including Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway, 2023 Term (Argued in favor of Jurisdiction based upon Registration to do Business and Supreme Court agreed); Ford Motor Co. v. Montana Eighth Judicial District Court, Nos. 190368, 19-369 (2019-2020) (Supreme Court agreed); Williamson v. Mazda Motor of America, Inc., 131 S. Ct. 1131 (2011)(No preemption, Supreme Court agreed).
