Kyle Varga is Commercial Counsel at DataCamp, a leading global EdTech platform. With over 14 years of experience in international law, he manages the commercial and legal matters for its business, as well as coordinates with the global teams on cross-border transactions, negotiations, and compliance. He has a strong background in advising and supporting businesses in various sectors, such as CPG, IT/SaaS, Greentech, fintech, robotics, and sustainability, on matters of governance, strategy, privacy, IP, and risk. He holds an LL.M in European Union and International Law from the University of Amsterdam, a J.D. from Whittier Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in Chicano/Latino Studies from the University of California, Irvine.
